Fully agree @PaleoBro, however, my punt is that the longer this goes on without the Spanish government coming out and pulling the proverbial rug out from underneath the company, the better the chances of PA getting this across the line. Paul is an impressive CEO and Reuters do have a reputation of not having the highest of reporting standards...Perhaps and hopefully everyone will know more after Thursdays AGM.
