Hey guys, Space X is going to launch 8000 satellites, many of which are in low orbit. Meir has previously stated that Space X ( is targeting internet capabilities ) and Iridium are in a different class since SAS are targeting low bandwidth phone calls, IOT, sms. Recent post mentioned that Space X has a lot of low orbits. I believe they are capable of covering same geography as SAS. Can anyone tell me whether the talk Meir gave in March 2018 will cover the SPACE X intentions completely or does SPace X have options to do more with the satellites than what Meir thinks they will do. Is it at all possible that Space X can compete with SAS in the chosen market around the equator.
