APJust thinking out loud, what if FAR sold its 15% to, say, Woodside, for, say, US$350M? (Sounds about right, FAR MC is A$430M on a dip, and there is clearly no market assigned value to Gambia or Kenya ATM) Would they still be eligible to continue their action to claim PE rights? If so, and they won, they would need US$350M to claim their 35% off Woodside. Hmm, where would that sort of money come from?
FAR ends up with 35% and WPL gets 15%. Everybody wins! (Well, everybody on this forum, anyway...)
