All becomes clear on reading an article on p19 of today's Fin Review. JM has taken a very senior (CEO) role in the Wesfarmers group managing Coles data with particular reference to Fly Buys and other large pools of data. Worth a read. S/be a bounce back today - notwithstanding the dump on Wall St overnight.
