Agree with your suggestions hcraboc, as would many others on this site...but you've got to tell the Directors...let them know you are not happy.

I've already fired in my stern email and I know a few others have as well.

It's time to stand up and be counted....but people power does work...we want a French revolution type groundswell of support from the shareholder masses...otherwise the directors will retreat to the old boys club for a soda and whiskey and treat life as if nothing has changed.

Let's hold them accountable for CHANGE!
