"To blame management for failure is absurd and people who think so should only blame themselves for not managing their own risk accordingly but solely relying on wishful thinking."

A simple truth which some find hard to swallow. They can band together in riot and hurl abuse at management outside 530 Collins if they must, but sometimes corporate signage becomes your spokesperson enabling management to simply get on with their work.

    1. We drilled a duster. It happens. No amount of blaming management will change that. Get over it.

    2. We are in the midst of an equity sell-off [rising US interest rates + US/China sanctions + projected oil oversupply = concerns of a slowdown in global economic expansion leading to less oil consumption and a lower oil price]. It's out of our control. It's out of FAR's control. No amount of blaming management will change that. Deal with it - sell, hold or buy.

    3. Keep your eyes on the 6th Dec OPEC decision - significant production cuts could be agreed to boost the oil price = potential for a positive impact on FAR's SP.

    4. Don't get embroiled in childish management hate campaigns led by the perennial dog.
