He knows the business better than anyone.
Mispricing is prevlent on the ASX and peer comparison's means little if your business has significant points of difference, which CTD has....
Do the math on what this VG1 stunt has cost Jamie in perosnal wealth and ask yourself whether if in the same position, you would be prepared to shell out some peso's for some legal advice...
My crystal ball tells me VG1 will be a skeleton in 12 mths time...
