IMO instead praising the CEO on a continual basis and targeting individuals of leading some sort of revolt try discussing the hurdles that now are more important than awards night at the Plaza.
Funding and how this company could possibly survive in the medium term of a hostile takeover.
IMO that's way more important than blaming oil and certain world events.
The fact is the position the company finds itself in now is a consequence of a range of factors which has been mentioned ad nauseum and conveniently ignored on these threads and shouted down by the so called cheer squad which has magically disappeared.
