For me, personally, the biggest problem that concerns me the most is her background. She doesn't have experience working in a dairy/infant formula sector(yes she did work in woolies) and claims herself to be an expert in marketing. I mean, why bother hiring someone who already is a chair of Tennis Australia that doesn't have the experience? And let's face it, folks. Is Qantas and Jetstar equivalent to A2m? Also, the fact that she recently hired someone from Jetstar in the company worries me. What is this woman up to?
On the other hand, he fact that she sold her shares tells me that she knows what she's doing and that she's confident of the future.
