@Davisite , I have a question, well two... (and I don't have a PHD), but what data other than a reduction in sCD163, would you suggest would make the results 'successful' (read: a clinical benefit)?
You can't get daily / weekly tissue samples from the subjects in this trial. As you would know, the Macrophage cells are in the brain, gut, etc.
So if you are a boffin in this, and know more than MM/Biotron, what specifically would you do differently had you been in charge of this trial?
Trying to understand the science... as well as trying understand you.
