    Why are we not seeing the hype before the big announcement? "buy on the rumour, sell on the fact!" The hype before we got this tenament was far more significant for the sp then we are seeing now.

    Is it through ignorance or people are just silly and dont see the upside of this potential announcement regarding the deal with Shougang?
