    No worries, Total BS the company sec "forgot" how to file the cleansing notice and as the judge noted he had previously done it in the years before correctly.

    Only holding via HNR  but i hate the BS that goes on in spec stocks, ASX needs an overhaul IMO.

    Get the media on to it would be your best bet, they might go along to court hearing
