why can't they mention Westinghouse?

it's a sure sign of progress and a pretty good hint imo

keep in mind that Westinghouse are at the other end of the U spectrum as well, ie enrichment, which is about as delicate as it gets in the U market - just ask Iran :P. I bet the CIA and NSA know everything at Westinghouse right down to when the janitor last farted. Also keep in mind that Westinghouse is charging about 25% more than TVEL. Seems to me they really do want to distance themselves from their estranged big brother.
