mums and dads sell at the bottom while the bigger players buy them out .. it's the same story every time. OGX has done this many times already, and yes , the lows are much lower every time, and yes , the next time around they will have reached the bottom of their dilution.. but not just yet , IMO there's still a 4 bagger in the tank if you enter at this level. only my opinion of course.
