You asked me this morning about SP3 capital requirements .. well check today’s news
They’ve withdrawal the placement resolution from tomorrow’s AGM
I think the market is expecting a lowball raise, I don’t think they realise these guys have plenty of cash and cashflow and should possibly be CF+ either this quarter or next
This news IMO is the hint that they don’t need capital. PAC partners are roadshowing them around Mel/Syd post the AGM, so again that should alleviate any concerns it is a CR raising roadshow
Smart move by management. Tomorrow’s AGM presentation should spell out more
