    I read it as KPMG doing more than just assisting in all things corporate.
    I saw it that KPMG were giving an idea to assets/ COY worth.
    KPMG assisting in all things corporate tells me that BOD aren't capable of doing it themselves.

    NWE can't really afford paying for a glorified secretary. Perhaps NWE need to start turning the lights on in the office during the daytime, before the holidays start.
