Ask the Company not posters on HC like me, who is the fund?
Hence why is the buyer currently buying?
Why does a fund sell at an apparent loss??
A hedge fund may just be covering their losses and so long as they recover their losses they don't care what price they sell. The buyer will want to therefore buy as low as possible.
If there is only one buyer for a large seller, then the buyer really dictates the transfer price.
As I said why is the buyer, buying??
Gee I wonder why the share price is looking so bad????????????
