    Hello Hicks .... but yes he would and HAS cut pay when the company is losing money! ....
    That is even though the saving -in the general scheme of company finances and that amount’s ability to pay down debt - is less than negligible and so can only be viewed as ‘symbolic’.

    NRW today is in a stronger position than it has ever been and Jules’ salary is still less than it was.
    He could run ANY business and we are lucky to have him loyal to this one.
    He is the reason I have as many shares in NRW as I do.
    Woukd YOU still be risking your hard earned without him at the helm?

    I do not feel this is a time for parsimonious thinking in relation to good people. Not at any level.
    And I disagree strongly his salary should be constrained .
