A pharma loaded with the orphan development investment you allude to may well jump at the opportunity to enter into a contract whereby when PYC prove the cell entry for their development we excercise our put option and rights to our IP, or make a call option that then triggers our obligation and rights to their technology.
The terms of the options proposed may be eye watering to the Pharma, however it may appeal as a neat prospect of getting their drug cargoes into the cells they seek.
