Then Reliance Worldwide Corp.
And now Brickworks.
What is it about the well-respected managers of these businesses all behaving in quite out-of-character fashion and making offshore acquisitions at relatively full valuation multiples at at point in time that looks very much like it is close to the top of the cycle?
All a bit bizzare!
