So theres evidence for all those property quacks that think prices won't decrease. Crikey can't believe that even the REIV are bearish.....i suppose they're giving up spruiking about increases in prices & are now focusing on telling the mkt now price falls are inevitable..so to be realistic & sell your property(at a loss) so agents can increase their volumes...lol
