In its purest form it means nothing. I'm in this until I hit my price point, like all my investments it's money I'm prepared to loose. The market will do its thing regardless of the news. History shows bad news can even push the price up. Once it hits my number I'm out and years of waiting will be worth it. Or it will tank and I loose my cash. I have a belief that the money is in the science not the daily price. Time will tell us all we need to know.
