with only three trading weeks until exercise date for the 20 cent options even short term holders might be reluctant to sell with pending "November" announcements.... (may run into December)
One can imagine long hours are being spent preparing the complex, all important Kachi Resource announcement.(prerequisite to expressions of interest by strategic partners)
Having had more than a month to refine their costs and with the the benefit of their work for Anson, Lilac have had the opportunity to refine their predicted recoveries and cost of production for the project financial model
