19 year that hasn't a job of any kind and not even a drivers licence

to make Laws that this country conducts its self on

then it must be just as wonderful
to have doctors
to have airline pilots
to have judges
to have engineers
to have ........... the list is endless

all aged 19
with no experience what so ever
and not even a drivers licences
straight from school
