SXY is no bargain! $600 M market cap, with little production and not profitable. Won’t meet the beach criteria! Would be a very costly acquisition, with to much investment required. Beach is looking for producing assets at a good price, cash flow positive with exploration upside. That is not sxy! If oil nose dives real opportunities will come up.
