Even if it's in SI's building, or even the same office, it doesn't mean a takeover is happening.
As another poster pointed out, it's more to do with a JV, surely. No wide angle lens will make a takeover appear any closer. For reasons that have been stated many times in here. How the company is structured, for one thing. How resolute SI has been about taking the company to maturity is another. IMO.
