The way I see it SFR may become increasingly desperate to own ADT if it becomes clear an economic asset exists and one that can generate superior returns. For all SFR's bull and bluster it seems they are finding it difficult to deploy the projected surplus cash of $1.2b from De Grussa into assets showing similar returns.
I just hope countervailing interests on the ADT share register prevent SFR from getting this asset on the cheap; if and when they want to buy it.
