    pretty bold statement to make - "get out while its over $1" considering that oil will be testing all time highs adjusted for inflation in a short time. ROCs balance sheet is about to become very nice indeed if Oil stays over $100. Only a matter of time before Roc corrects back to realistic value over 300c
