Also the tax comments are noted. Logical that a carried forward tax liability should crystalise on transfer of ownership - but as it stays with the company its just a question of negotiation whether the acquirer would foot the bill post or expect it paid out as part of the transacation.
From memory SEA still has another one from the Dimmit transaction. I'll see if I can dig it out to assess the potential size of the tax bill.

With the CR at 0.059 I agree that not much SEA has a cost base below 0.055. I bought another wedge this am as well.
Also the OPEC meeting on the 6/12.
Never fails to amaze me how far negative sentiments (an possibly margin calls?) will push a share price.
The 12 month chart looks like SEA fell off a cliff. Hopefully we are not all lemmings...
