Well, my response was to a question from another poster that specifically referred to the announcement made today, to wit:
"...agree, why isnt todays ann about tasly generating more enthusiasm"

And, certainly, today's announcement (the subject matter of the discussion, remember) makes no mention of fresh capital payments from Tasly to MSB.
Which is the effect of my response.
