I've topped up at 5.7 and again today.
With the production rates and hedges in place, it seems crazy not to be buying here (given I am bullish on oil).
I think we are seeing irrational selling.
SEA has a producing acreage, the value of its asset is not going to suddenly be zero because Trump snookered OPEC into increasing production of oil (to offset the Iranian sanctions, which he then exempted).
The next catalyst here will be the 30 day IP well rates and November production update which I expect in the next week or so.
Risk reward on this was impossible to pass up.
