It remains a question whether Sisto Malaspina acted rationally in the wake of the Victorian state election result. Perhaps he should not have tried to help but just called police and backed away.
Obviously if u take heed of VICPOL, what poor Sisto should never be done again. Helping someone like that in Australia, leaves you open to ridicule from VICPOL for not leaving it to the Police.
