You may or may not be aware that you are entitled to view the full minutes of meetings.

On the 5th of July I wrote.

Sir/ Madam, I have just contacted your office in order to obtain the minutes from the last AGM. I was told to write to yourself in order to obtain a copy. Please return same by email. Thankyou @smartchat.net.au>

Can a member access minutes of meetings?
The company must ensure that the minute books for general meetings of members are open for inspection by members free of charge.Members have rights to inspect the minutes of general meetings; however, these rights do not extend to inspecting minutes of directors’ meetings.As a member of the company, you may ask the company in writing for a copy of the minutes of a meeting of members, or an extract of the minutes, or the minutes of any resolution passed by members without a meeting.

Furthermore...

I went on to the Focus website to research a few back pages...I was interested to find out what
progress had been made with the gravity survey that had been undertaken on Lake Cowan.
I could not find any announcements dated before the June quarter '17.

I then went to the investor presentations ...nothing.

I called the office and spoke to Matt. After getting the same result as I had he promised to look
into it.
