This suggestion that there will be a CR or new shares issued as part of listing RSG shares in London is just retail hysteria.

Mod Resources have this month published a prospectus to do the exact same thing and there is no capital raising and the number of shares on issue before and after admission remains exactly the same (read the admission statistics on page 43 and then read the shares on issue at the last practicable date on page 105, they are the same on an undiluted basis).

If you want to know how the depositary interests on the London exchange are created read pages 93 through 96 where they explain the creation of the Deed Poll and Depositary Agreement.

Just goes to show how low quality some posters on HC actually are.

If RSG was going to raise capital as part of this listing they would inform the market of that intention. They haven’t.
