most staff were on non-recourse I was but left the company at a share price at $10 and took out a margin loan to pay out
Staff there also changed from non-recourse to margins loans so they could sell there shares as they are locked if in a non-recourse loans diversify and buy more and release cash equity because they had made so much money
there was about 20 executive staff that transfered to margin from non-recourse they all thought the share price was bullet proof
