Really, after reading the ARL announcement this morning you really believe that the reason for the delay was the sector and not the company. Even after reading 9 things listed by Ardea that they are still working on like establishing a Scandium grade estimate and the ongoing EPA assessments. Read to me very company specific but hey everyone will have their opinion, that's what makes a market.
