    I think buffet makes a good point.

    With regard to pricing of any share issue, my only slight concern is that Shaw's target price is $1.75. This makes the situation a little sticky since Shaw will be promoting stock that has little upside according to their own analysis. Of course, RWD could appoint another broker, but that is probably unlikely.
