To use your analogy:
It is like you have two people in Australia who own a house in Africa that is listed for sale with a local real estate agent in Double Bay. No bidders.
Then you have two people who own a house in Africa which is listed for sale with a real estate agent in Double Bay and also listed with a international real estate agent in London. Lots of bidders.
Same house. Same owners. Listed for sale on a larger market.
