Altura has 3 shipments out thus far, 1 to Lionergy, 1 to Gangfeng and 1 to an unknown interested party. So Altura set a probation price (as NB stated) for these shipments (discounted to other miners) as 2 of the receiving parties are completely new to the company. Now we have Lionergy as our original partner who have ‘substantial contacts in the Lithium industry’, so Altura offer the same/near price terms to honour their commitment. All three go out as ‘cheap’ but in the same term we have locked in another offtake partner and have another interested party up for discussion, plus JRO. Once all are locked in, happy with the product and Altura shows production is stable to supply all, the price leaves the probation state and aligns with the general market as outlined.

Now doesn’t that stand a much better option than asking for top dollar right from the start, raising some eyebrows and possibly losing a customer?

Please, think about the macro picture and give the board some credit. All will be revealed soon enough, we have a 20yr mine life to sustain.

I don't think asking for less than what everyone else is getting is defined as "top dollar" would you agree?

Top dollar is the highest possible price paid for sth, I don't think $800 or $850 or even $900/t is top dollar.

So no I don't think demanding $900/t for a premium product worth $950/t is going to raise any eyebrows or lose any customers because no one is selling that cheap so there is no alternative.
