hi Dr M, i asked James directly about the bonus and if it was applicable to these first shipments that he described as subject to 'provisional pricing' . He said no bonus was applicable as the product was 6% and that that was the benchmark under which price penalties apply, and over which bonuses are credited. I haven't gone over the old contracts to check, but like you, I thought the % concentrate target was below 6%. 

I asked if debt restructuring was possible now these first payment received and James said that this won't occur until regular shipments occur for a few more months, specifically he mentioned march as when this may occur.
