This has to be one of the most insipid, uninspiring and pathetically uninformative speeches any board chairman could have given. In fact, why did this guy even bother to speak? He just wasted his one and only chance in 12 months to tell us what is going on. BRL is the runaway champion in the Anglo Saxon world for having the worst corporate governance among all listed companies...and the BRL chairman just did his best to keep it so. I am sure the real speech will be delivered in Singapore not NZ.
