At least AHZ returned to trading, giving a chance to escape this nightmare scenario.
The desperation of the rights issue terms is also reflected in the massive shareholder dilution involved:

The most important factor IMO when investing in a company is "do you trust management" I can't imagine anyone saying yes to this ...
