The share sale has been done to death.... It replaces bonus entitlements she was due at her former employer. Would you take a new job on the eve of receiving a $2m bonus knowing that you would lose $2M? This is NOT an increase. Your either outright lying and downramping, or just not very bright... you choose, which is it?
