Many ways of valuation. Let's put things into perspective first. It is a sub2c stock. We don't have any variables. Is not meant to be a bankable study as some would like to have but impossible at this stage.
The latest transaction I know of is the sale of 480mt magnetite to MCC for $400m. That is 0.83c per t. 126mt is worth $104m. Divide by 590mshares = 17.6cps.
Daly River would be worth a lot more because of the nearby rail and port infrastructure. Let's not be too optimistic.
