You realise those aren't mutually exclusive options? But I don't know why anyone would refuse the offer to just buy shares at 2c on the market.
Taking up shares in the offer in theory provides the company with the capital they need to get their product to market which is what will drive further increases in the share price. Not taking up the offer to spite them? Then buying shares anyway? What's the point?
Ultimately it's up to each holder what they do. If the offer is fully underwritten like they claim then it doesn't matter what any of us decides.
