Agree - You get paid to perform well (maybe offer at a discount but free is a joke) - Last lot of performance shares for DM were obscene and he did not deserve them based on outcomes/performance - hitting the deal is what we should expect given they are paid and not an outcome that sees freebies issued like confetti (This is not a charity like his last job - starting delivering)

By the way have Mgt ever spent their own money & bought on market?
