Deary me. Do they need to spell it for you? They have already stated that they need a ball mill and flash flotation circuit
which is planned for purchase before year end. And 'we now believe that the gravity circuit is performing to its maximum' , which from released figures since recent changes appears to be close to zero production, hence the changes.
However I agree we may be ill-informed, or least under-informed.
