I found the following as well as a news headline stating that last year Angel commenced work on building a new 100 million dollar production, development and research facility.

I also found a youtube interview with an Angel employee who said the aim of the company was to dominate the Asian casino market and to help develop a Casino industry in Japan. He also stated that the company was looking to expand its product range across all aspects of the casino industry which would fit perfectly with the acquisition of GPI.

ANGEL owns a state of art, exclusive factory which manufactures ONLY casino playing cards. ANGEL realized the crucial importance of creating a decicated environent, where stringent quality control and the tightest security measures are implemented. It has allowed us to become the preeminent casino card manufacturer in the world.

QUALITY CONTROL

Over the years, ANGEL has woked in conjuction with our suppliers to devise an optimal way to manufacture casino playing cards. With their support, we have been able to minimize defect rate prodigiously.

We continuously aspire to improve and advance our technology, in order to perfect our products.

Manufacturing Equipment

With our equipment suppliers, we co-developed proprietary manufacturing and inspection machines, which detects and excludes even the slightest defects.

Material Supply

We worked with the largest Japanese paper and plastic manufacturers to develop an original, consistently high-quality material suited for casino card use.

Operational Procedure

We inspect 100% of our products for defects, at various checkpoints in the production line. Our tolerance level is set very low (tighter control).

SECURITY CONTROL

Our Plant is all operated under one roof, monitored by a security company, a secure entrance system, and security cameras. All of our staff is employed by us full time, and goes through a rigorous training program on the importance of securiy.

Everything that goes through our production system is counted, accounted for and controlled, so that no stray sheets or products occur. All defects are completely destroyed, and all final products are controlled by a proprietary barcode system to enable complete tracking.
