EXU wouldn’t be going bankrupt under these circumstances. Even without the ALK funding offer or the RMS offer the company would be able to raise capital to continue its development and exploration activities. Suggesting that it could go bankrupt indicates you don’t understand the difference between an exploration/development company and a mining company. It is more common that mining companies go bankrupt as they often enter into debt covenants that see them unable to pay their liabilities as they fall due or their operations start running at a loss or they run into problems with their hedge book etc etc. Listed exploration/development companies can almost always raise more capital, even if they trade at shell value.
