So are we going to claim any tax when NLC/NMDC is funding the whole capex? My understanding was that was why we were getting the brevit loan and potentially getting NLC/NMDC to take an equity stake so we could claim more with the tax rebates.That was till the reviews changed the playing field more in their favour. So o wise one, what can we claim with our overseas ruling now?
